1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SoFi Trade platform, operated via the Telegram Mini App and related websites. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto trading services in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws.
3. Nature of the Service
SoFi Trade provides automated trading tools for selected crypto markets through a Telegram Mini App. Headline daily targets shown in the product are product parameters, not guarantees of profit. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss.
4. Accounts and Telegram
Access is tied to your Telegram identity and optional PIN. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure. We may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are accepted in USDT on supported networks (e.g. BEP-20, TRC-20) to personal addresses shown in the app. Only send the specified asset on the selected network. Withdrawals are requested in-app and processed according to product rules and network conditions. Network fees may apply.
6. Plans, boosts, and fees
Model access fees, boost purchases, and any subscription terms are displayed in the Mini App before payment. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Referrals
Referral rewards (including percentage of referred deposits and promo campaigns such as free Start plan for invites) are subject to anti-fraud checks and may be adjusted or revoked in case of abuse.
8. Prohibited use
You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service; use the Service for money laundering or illegal activity; or manipulate referrals or balances through fraudulent means.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. SoFi Trade does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not liable for market losses, network delays, third-party exchange outages, or force majeure events to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the bot or website.
